BREAKING NEWS: Lamorde Sacked As EFCC Chairman, Replaced By Magu

                                      After weeks and even months of speculation surrounding his fate as Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Lamorde has been sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The president replaced Lamorde, who has been recently accused of diverting N1 trillion seized from corrupt officials, with Ibrahim Magu, a top level official in the Economic and Governance Unit of the EFCC.

Lamorde, has been the EFCC chairman since 2011.
